About Riggs Landscaping

In November the wind comes off the lake flats and pushes the last leaves eastward through West Bountiful, stacking them against fences overnight. Riggs Landscaping is out in it, clearing yards down to bare turf, cutting the beds back, hauling away everything the season has finished with. Earlier in the year those same yards run on a mowing rhythm — trimmed close along the walks, edged where grass meets curb, held at a steady height through the long warm months between the wetlands and the mountains. Spring cleanups begin the cycle again as soon as the ground firms up. It is patient, seasonal lawn work in a town set between water and rock, and it shows on every street it touches.
