Cutting edge lawn care

About Cutting edge lawn care

A January morning in the river bottom will lay a thin frost across the grass and burn it off by nine, and the bare cottonwoods along the water stand gray until the light finally reaches them. Cutting edge lawn care keeps working through those short weeks — winter cleanups, leaves and fallen limbs gathered, borders re-cut, weeds lifted out of dormant turf while they are still small. Cool-season work is nobody's idea of glamour, but it is what makes April look effortless. When the bermuda breaks dormancy at last, the lawns that were tended in the cold come up thick and the neglected ones come up patchy. That difference is visible from the street, and it begins now.
