A Sprinkler Co.

About A Sprinkler Co.

June mornings in Washington Terrace come up cool off the Weber River, and the grass keeps its dew until the sun clears the Wasatch. That is the hour A Sprinkler Co. favors for mowing: the blades cut clean, the stripes lie straight, and a yard that looked shaggy at seven is squared away by nine. Trimming and edging follow, until the line where turf meets driveway is as sharp as a folded page. Across the long dry middle of a northern Utah summer the job stays simple and steady, all of it aimed at even height, honest color and tidy borders. When October empties the trees at once, the leaves go out before a hard freeze can mat them into the lawn.
