About Lawn and Landscaping junkies

On a July Saturday, Main Street in Vernal shimmers, the pink dinosaur on the corner poses for another hundred photographs, and the lawns on the side streets are due for their weekly haircut. Lawn and Landscaping junkies runs that route — mowing, string trimming, edging, sweeping the clippings off the concrete before the truck rolls on. Grass at this elevation is a demanding tenant, so fertilization and weed suppression carry through the warm months, with aeration following once the nights cool off. Cleanups bookend the year, hauling away whatever the wind and the cottonwoods leave behind. A whole block cut and edged in one afternoon makes a good-looking stretch of street.
