July evenings run long in Tooele — the Stansburys throw their shadow east across the valley around eight, the heat lets go all at once, and people come out to water and stand on the lawn a while. Jensen Family Landscape works toward that hour. Mowing at a height that keeps the turf from scorching, trimming clean around the swing set and the mailbox post, and an edge along the walk that holds its line until the next visit. Beds are weeded and cut back, shrubs shaped so they don't swallow the front window, and the clippings go with the crew instead of into the gutter. Out past the fairgrounds at Deseret Peak the lots get big, but the standard doesn't change: even cut, clean borders, nothing left to sweep.
