About Powell Property Works

Along the frontage roads where Springville meets the interstate, the grass is the first thing anyone sees at forty-five miles an hour. Powell Property Works handles that kind of ground — wide open turf mowed on a set schedule, trimmed around signs, light poles and curb islands, edged so the pavement keeps its line. Work starts early, before the lots fill and before the July sun turns asphalt into a griddle. Clippings are cleared off the concrete rather than left to wash toward the drains. Property after property the standard holds, and it shows from the road.
