About RMC Property Services

Monday morning on the west side of Spanish Fork, out toward the freeway, the parking-lot islands and business lawns have to look sorted before anybody's first appointment of the week. RMC Property Services keeps that kind of ground: mowing on a set rotation, trimming around signs and light poles, edging the long runs of sidewalk, then clearing the clippings off the asphalt. High summer here is hot and dry and the irrigation turn matters, so grass cut at the right height through July holds its color instead of going to straw. Churches, offices and rentals get the same routine as houses, because the routine is the point. Utah Lake glares silver all afternoon, and the properties they finish still read green from the road.
