The newer neighborhoods climbing the benches under Loafer Mountain sit high enough that a storm can leave snow there while the valley floor stays only wet, and Elevated Landscape & Concrete knows which driveways on that slope need a second pass before noon. They start on the incline, where packed snow turns a short walk to the mailbox into something to take seriously, then work down toward the flatter streets below.
