About MD Property Maintenance & Landscaping

By early November the West Jordan cottonwoods and maples have given up all at once, and a lawn can go from tidy to buried between one Friday and the next. MD Property Maintenance & Landscaping meets that turn head on with fall cleanups — leaves off the turf, beds cleared, the last mow taken low enough that nothing mats down under the first snow. The rest of the year runs on mowing, trimming and edging, with fertilizing and weed control keeping the grass ahead of what wants to crowd it. Properties get looked after as a whole, not just the lawn: borders held, debris gone, everything squared before winter. A yard put to bed right in November is a yard that greens up early, and that is the quiet reward of doing the unglamorous month well.
