About Apex Tree & Turf LLC

The first snow of the year lands on Naomi Peak sometime in September, white along the Bear River Range while Smithfield is still in shirtsleeves, and that gap between mountain and town is the whole shape of the season. Apex Tree & Turf LLC spends it on the ground: mowing, edging, aeration, fertilizing, and shaping hedges and shrubs back to the lines a yard was built around. Shade complicates matters on the older streets, where big canopies keep the turf thin and cool, so overseeding and leaf work matter as much as the mower does. Come late October the raking begins in earnest and does not let up until the lawns are bare and even again. A sharp edge and a full, clean lawn under an old tree is the result worth working toward.
