WAGS Landscape works those shared properties, the entry monuments, the walking paths, the parking areas that a whole subdivision uses at once, clearing them as the light fails and the wind starts to bite. It's bigger-scope work than a single driveway, laid out across grounds built for a hundred households instead of one, and it has to be finished before the overnight refreeze locks everything in place. The crew clears paths wide enough for two people to pass, salts the entry walks, and pushes lot snow to the edges where it won't be in anyone's way. Sandy's bench communities were built facing the mountains on purpose, and keeping their shared ground clear is its own kind of upkeep.
