Rollins Landscaping runs those loops one at a time, working a cul-de-sac from its high end down so the plowed snow has somewhere to go besides someone else's driveway. Midmorning is the busy stretch, once the overnight accumulation has stopped but before it starts to pack down under car tires. The crew works methodically, circle by circle, clearing driveway aprons and turning space so nobody's stuck backing out into a snowbank. It's quiet, orderly work suited to a quiet, orderly kind of street.
