Pristine Lawns

About Pristine Lawns

After a September storm clears the valley, the air over White City goes so clean you can pick out individual pines on the ridge above Bell Canyon, and everything at ground level looks freshly rinsed. Pristine Lawns is trying for that same effect at the scale of a front yard — mowed even, edged true, every stray clipping blown off the walk before the truck moves on. The round runs mowing, trimming, edging and yard cleanups through the growing season, ending with the leaf haul once the maples along the streets let go. Nothing fancy in the list; the whole art is in the finish, the ten minutes after the mowing is technically done. A yard should look, when they leave it, like weather just washed it.
