A & C Lawn Service

About A & C Lawn Service

The first cut of the year in Historic Sandy comes with the smell of wet grass on Main Street, where the old storefronts near 8600 South catch the sun before the rest of the valley is awake. A & C Lawn Service works those early hours — mower lines laid straight down a front yard, a trimmer run along the fence posts, the walk blown clear before the coffee has gone cold. Lawn care here means reading a place where snowmelt off the mountains keeps the ground damp into May and the sun turns it brittle by August. Every yard gets its edge cut true against the sidewalk, so the border between grass and concrete reads like a drawn line. It is plain work, and a street of it looks like a street that is looked after.
