About Our World Landscape & Snow Removal

The whole valley shows itself at once from the overlook near Ensign Peak after a storm clears — a white grid of streets running out toward the lake, porch lights coming on block by block as the city wakes. This crew works down in that grid rather than above it, but the view up top is the one that explains the job: a valley this wide takes a lot of driveways, cleared one at a time, before it looks whole again. They move steadily from one address to the next, plow and shovel and salt, treating each small yard as its own piece of the larger picture. There's a particular satisfaction in knowing your stretch of the grid is done while the rest of the valley is still catching up. By nightfall, headlights trace clean lines through streets that were solid white that morning.
