About Lawngevity LLC

What a lawn does in October decides what it can survive come July. Around Ninth and Ninth and the shaded streets running east from there, Lawngevity LLC spends the cool weeks pulling cores out of compacted valley soil, feeding roots, and dropping the cut a little as growth slows down. Mowing and edging all season, trimming, aeration, overseeding, fertilization on a schedule the grass can actually make use of. The turf is playing a long game, and so is the work. Next summer, when the valley bakes and winter's gray inversion is only a rumor, those are the yards still holding their color.
