Flores Lawn Care

About Flores Lawn Care

For most of the year this crew is out early with mowers along the edge of Liberty Park, keeping the grass at the pond where the geese gather looking sharp through the long light of summer. Winter turns the same hands to different tools. The pond ices over, the mower deck goes into storage, and the trucks that carried grass clippings carry plow blades instead, working the driveways and walks near the park until the paths are safe again. There's something fitting about a crew that knows a piece of ground in every condition it takes, snow included, rather than only its easiest season. By midday the walks around the park are clear enough for the joggers who never really stop showing up.
