Declan's Property Services

About Declan's Property Services

Late in the year the wind funnels across the Fairpark flats and stacks leaves against every fence and window well on the block. Declan's Property Services works through that season with rakes and blowers, clearing yards down to bare grass and hauling the piles away before the first hard freeze locks them in place. The rest of the year runs on mowing, trimming and edging, keeping each property looking looked-after from the curb without anyone having to ask twice. Yard cleanups are the satisfying kind of job, since the difference between the before and after is visible from down the street. It is practical property care for Salt Lake City homes, whatever the calendar is doing.
