About JCM Landscaping LLC

Roy is laid out plain — wide numbered streets running west toward the flats, 1900 West carrying most of the traffic, and tucked behind all that a quiet grid of cul-de-sacs where the yards actually are. JCM Landscaping works that grid: mowing and edging on a weekly turn, trimming, shrub and hedge shaping, mulch and rock, planting beds, and cleanups when the season flips. A short street is a good street to work, because you park once and hand back four lots in a row, each squared off neatly at the curb. Most afternoons the wind comes down off the benches and carries the loose cut grass with it, so the blowing gets done facing the right direction. Small geometry, handled carefully, adds up to a neighborhood that looks tended.
