Daybreak's newer streets in South Jordan are laid out in tidy loops and cul-de-sacs, poured concrete still pale and sharp-edged against the older, dustier lots to the west. Dirty Boys Concrete knows those edges by heart, and come winter the same crew that pours driveways spends its mornings scraping snow off them, blade angled tight to keep every line visible. A storm off the Oquirrh Mountains can bury a cul-de-sac overnight, and there's something almost funny about a concrete outfit racing daylight to uncover its own handiwork. The work is driveways, walkways, and the short aprons in front of garage doors where ice likes to hide longest. By the time the sun clears the ridge, the loop is bare again, curb to curb, ready for whoever's first out the door.
