About Snowden Property Maintenance LLC

Before dawn on a storm morning in Provo, the block Y on the mountain above campus vanishes behind falling snow and the streets go hushed under a new white layer. Snowden Property Maintenance LLC goes to work on driveways and walkways through mornings like that, so neighbors can get to class and work without battling their own front steps. The work is quick and clean: a crisp cut down the drive, sidewalks opened edge to edge, the plowed snow banked neatly out of the way. When the clouds finally lift and the Provo River slides black between frosted banks, a cleared property is the first sure sign of a good day. In a university city that rarely pauses for weather, that clear way to the door matters.
