Rico’s Yard Service

About Rico’s Yard Service

Seven in the morning along the Provo River, and the cottonwoods are still holding last night's cool off the water. That is where Rico's Yard Service likes to begin — mowing, trimming and edging the yards on Provo's river side while the light is soft enough to see every line you cut. A lawn taken early keeps its color through the long afternoon, and the stripes hold their direction all the way to the next visit. Clippings go with the truck, walks get blown clean, and the gate closes the way it was found. By the time the heat slides down off the benches, the yard is already finished and the day belongs to whoever lives there.
