About Red Arrow Properties

Park City wakes early along the old rail grade, where the Union Pacific line once climbed out of the silver canyons and now runs quiet beneath the cottonwoods. Red Arrow Properties works those first hours, mowing and edging while the air still holds the cold that settles at seven thousand feet. A yard in Prospector or Park Meadows gets its lines walked straight and its borders cut clean, so the grass reads as one green plane against the sagebrush hills behind it. Feeding a lawn on a mountain calendar takes patience — the window between the last frost and the first is narrow, and every week of it counts. By the time light comes over the ridge and warms the basin, the trimming is finished and the clippings are gone. What's left is a property tended corner to corner.
