Snow holds longer on the north-facing drives tucked under the ridge, and the crew knows which streets those are by now. Clearing a driveway up here means clearing it with Antelope Island visible across the water, weather permitting, and a long view down over Woods Cross and North Salt Lake. It's a good vantage for judging where the next storm is coming from, and this crew uses it.
