About Preferred Aluminum & Remodeling Inc.

Frost builds first along the aluminum gutters and downspouts of Ogden's older homes, tracing every seam in white before the rest of the yard has caught up. Preferred Aluminum & Remodeling spends summers on that same siding and trim, and turns to the ground below it once winter sets the whole street to work — plowing driveways and clearing walkways through the coldest months. It's a remodeling company that pays attention to the small details of a house, and that habit carries over to a driveway too: the low spot near the garage door, the walk that catches runoff and ices first. Crews clear residential properties across Ogden and out toward Farr West and Harrisville, salting the steps and the stretch of sidewalk closest to the street. A house with clean gutters and a clear driveway, done by the same crew in the same morning, has a certain matched-up look to it.
