Ogden Snow Removal

About Ogden Snow Removal

Some winter mornings in Ogden the valley floor sits under a gray lid of inversion fog while the peaks above stay lit gold, and the two kinds of cold — the damp gray kind and the dry mountain kind — both end up on the same driveway. Ogden Snow Removal works through both, plowing and shoveling residential and commercial properties across the city no matter which kind of storm dropped the snow. The name is literal: this is what the company does, block after block, from the flats near the rail yards to the streets climbing toward the bench. Crews spread ice melt on the walks that stay slick longest under the fog, and push snow well back from foundations before a second storm can pile on top of the first. There's a straightforward pride in doing exactly what the name says, morning after morning, until the city looks like itself again.
