About Ogden Lawn and Landscaping

Ogden's grid runs straight north-south and east-west, so nearly every block ends in a mountain, and by midsummer the whole city is a checkerboard of green squares under a hard blue sky. Ogden Lawn and Landscaping keeps a good many of those squares, mowing on a rhythm, edging where turf meets sidewalk, trimming the corners a mower can never reach. The work is measured in small exactness: a border that follows the curve of the walk, a strip along the driveway cut to the same width every time. Spring and fall bring the bigger days, when beds get cleared and the season's debris is hauled off so the lawn can start or finish clean. Same town, same streets, week after week, with the Wasatch standing at the end of every one of them.
