A-1 Lawncare

About A-1 Lawncare

Late June in North Salt Lake, the big shade trees at Hatch Park hold their cool long past dinner, and the sound carried down the block is a mower finishing its last pass. A-1 Lawncare works the older streets near Center Street on a weekly rhythm: cut, trim, edge, then blow the clippings back off the concrete. Grass in this valley runs hard in the long light and slows in the heat, so the schedule bends with it, and fertilization and weed control get timed to what the lawn is actually doing. Aeration in the shoulder seasons opens up the heavy soil, so water soaks in instead of running for the gutter. By evening the yard looks the way it does the day before company comes.
