North Logan sits up on the bench above Cache Valley, high enough that on foggy winter mornings the valley floor disappears under a white sea while the town stays out in clear, cold sunlight. GreenScapes works the bench-top streets and driveways near Green Canyon, plowing before the morning commute starts down the hill into that fog bank below. It's an odd thing to clear a driveway in bright sun while Logan, a few hundred feet down, is still socked in gray, and the crew has learned to read which storms will bury the bench and which stay down in the valley instead. The company handles driveways, walkways, and short private lots along North Logan's hillside streets, cutting clean lines through snow that tends to crust hard in that thinner mountain air. Some mornings the fog burns off by ten and the valley reappears all at once, cleared driveways already dry and steaming faintly in the new sun.
