About M & M Property Consultants LLC

Some Mapleton properties are more field than yard — an acre or two up on the bench, a fence line running back toward the foothills, a pasture edge where the mown grass simply stops. M & M Property Consultants LLC takes on that scale in June, when everything grows at once and a week away is obvious from the road. Mowing wide, trimming along posts and gates, edging the drive so the whole place has a border to read against. Fertilization, weed control and aeration keep big turf even instead of patchy, and cleanups at both ends of the season handle the heavier loads. From the road, a property done this way looks like one intention rather than several.
