About Yean Landscaping LLC

The first real snow reaches Lone Peak in November while Lehi's lawns are still holding a tired, stubborn green down on the flat. The light goes thin and sideways, the mowing weeks stretch out, and the yard's last chores are the ones that decide next April. Yean Landscaping LLC closes the season deliberately — final cuts taken shorter, leaves and stems cleared out, edges reopened along the walks, fertilization laid down for the roots, aeration worked in so winter moisture can actually get where it is going. All summer it is the steady loop that keeps a place looking kept: mowing, edging, trimming, weed control, week upon week. There is something quietly good about locking the gate on a yard put fully to bed, with the mountain white above it and the grass ready to wait.
