About Silicon Slopes Landscape And Property Maintenance LLC

Silicon Slopes Landscape And Property Maintenance LLC takes its name from the tech corridor that has grown up across what used to be Lehi's farmland, glass-fronted campuses now standing where sugar beet fields once ran to the edge of town. The company grounds those same campuses along with the residential streets nearby, and winter work means plowing corporate lots and walkways before the first shift arrives, then moving into the neighborhoods where employees actually live. A tech campus parking lot and a suburban driveway call for different equipment and different timing, and the crew treats each one on its own terms. Snow across this stretch of the valley tends to fall heavy and flat, without much wind to shape it, which makes for long, even plow runs. Clearing a corporate entrance to bare pavement before sunrise, then a driveway three streets over an hour later, is a normal morning here.
