About Schoonover Landscaping

West of town the Jordan River slips out of Utah Lake and turns north under a long file of cottonwoods, and on a June evening the whole bottomland smells like cut grass and moving water. Schoonover Landscaping keeps a Lehi lawn on that same easy rhythm — mowed at a height the summer can live with, edges cut true along the drive, trimming worked in close around posts and beds. Fertilization and weed control ride underneath the visible part, the slow work that decides what August looks like, with aeration to open compacted ground and cleanups when the yard needs clearing out. Nothing here is hurried and nothing gets skipped; a stripe pattern that runs straight to the sidewalk is worth the extra pass. Lehi's grass never gets a free ride from the weather, which is exactly why a well-kept lawn reads like a small act of stubborn affection.
