North of Lehi, the hills at Point of the Mountain have been cut and terraced for gravel and sand for decades, long before the tech campuses started rising on the flats below them, and CW Concrete & Asphalt Removal works both landscapes — the graded slopes above and the miles of parking lots and driveways down on the valley floor. Winter turns every one of those hard surfaces into a clearing job, and a corporate lot along the Silicon Slopes corridor takes a different kind of plow work than a residential driveway near downtown Lehi. The crew moves through the business parks early, before the morning shift arrives, then works back through the older residential streets. A lot cleared to bare pavement, edge to edge, before the first cars pull in is what the morning is built around. Even on the coldest days, with the gravel hills still in shadow to the north, the work moves block by block until it's finished.
