Lovely Landscape

About Lovely Landscape

After a wet March the hills around Ivins do something people from elsewhere never quite believe: brittlebush turns the slopes yellow, globemallow lights the roadsides orange, and the desert behaves like a garden for a few short weeks. Lovely Landscape chases that same feeling the rest of the year — flower and shrub beds, planting, mulch and bed care, with the mowing, edging and trimming that keeps it all in frame. Color takes planning in this climate, and the planning is half the pleasure. A yard here can be more than tidy; it can be somewhere you stand with a cup of coffee and lose ten minutes. That is what the crew is after every time the trailer gate comes down.
