About Jenson Lawn Services

Grass cuts cleanest in Hyde Park while the dew is still down and the mouth of the dry canyon east of town is only just taking its first color. Jenson Lawn Services starts the day there, blades sharp, lines laid out along the wide pioneer-square streets the town was set out on, the string trimmer following every fence line and mailbox post. Through the growing months it is weekly mowing, trimming and edging; in spring it is raking the winter out of the turf, and in fall it is hauling leaves off before the first hard freeze locks them to the ground. Fertilizer goes down in measured passes, and broadleaf weeds get spot-treated rather than ignored. By the time the sun clears the range, the yard is done and the street has gone quiet again.
