About Salcedo Solutions LLC

Out toward Sand Hollow the red rock holds a dusting of snow in a way that looks almost out of place against water that stays a deep turquoise even in the cold months, and the homes scattered near the reservoirs go quiet once the weekend boat traffic thins out for winter. Salcedo Solutions LLC works those properties on the off-season's own schedule, clearing driveways and walks that might otherwise sit for days between visits. Sandstone holds heat oddly, so a driveway cut into the rock can clear faster on one side than the other, and knowing which stretch to hit twice saves a homeowner a surprise patch of ice by the garage. Back toward town, the same work continues down ordinary residential streets, walks salted and drives scraped clean while the reservoir sits still and cold under the red rock rim.
