About EC LANDSCAPING LLC

Fog off the Great Salt Lake wetlands settles low over Hooper's fields long after the rest of the valley has cleared, farmland running flat and open with nothing between the road and the marsh but irrigation ditches. EC LANDSCAPING LLC works those long, straight county roads and the driveways running back from them across open ground with nothing to break the wind — snow here moves sideways as much as it falls, and a plowed lane can drift half shut within the hour. The trick on these flats is timing: clear too early against a still-blowing wind and the same stretch needs doing twice before noon. Out past the last rooftops, the wetlands hold their own kind of quiet under snow, geese still working the open water while the roads get scraped back to bare ground and salted against the next freeze.
