About Cottonwood Lawn LLC

Big Cottonwood Creek runs through town under the trees that gave this place its name, and every October those cottonwoods go gold and let go all at once. Cottonwood Lawn LLC follows that turn with weekly mowing right up to the end, then edging, trimming and leaf cleanup until the turf can breathe again. Leaves come thick along the creek streets; a lawn left buried mats down and sulks all winter, while one raked out clean greens up early. Spring through fall the rhythm is steadier — cut, define the borders, tidy the corners, leave nothing behind but the smell of it. Ordinary work in a beautiful place, and doing it properly shows from the sidewalk.
