About Elite Maintenance LLC

Iron Mountain sits dark on the western skyline, the ore-colored hills that gave this county its name, and by October the wind coming off them carries the first real cold of the year. Elite Maintenance LLC keeps Cedar City lawns through that turn — cutting while growth lasts, walk lines held sharp, fence rows trimmed back, and what falls raked away. Properties nearly look after themselves in June; it is the shoulder weeks that separate a kept yard from a forgotten one. Steady visits mean the grass goes into winter short and clean instead of long and matted. Come spring, that yard is the first one on the street to look alive.
