About Snow Plow

Some of southern Utah's deepest snow falls on Brian Head after dark, piling silently on rooftops while the red amphitheater of Cedar Breaks lies buried just down the road. Snow Plow does exactly what its name says, keeping a mountain town dug out where storms can stack up fast. Through the night an amber light swings across the white, carving back the banks along the drives that open off Highway 143. By midwinter the snowbanks stand taller than a person, and every push of the plow has to find room to put it all. Come dawn, the town looks scrubbed and open, its lanes drawn in clean dark lines through the powder.
