About Clearviews Property Maintenance

A fresh snowfall in Bountiful piles up fastest at the corners — stop signs half-buried, sightlines down side streets cut in half by a windrow the county plow left behind — and that's where Clearviews Property Maintenance starts most mornings. The crew works intersection by intersection through the older grid streets before moving on to the driveways and walkways that make up the rest of the route. Daytime is often the working hour here, once school traffic has thinned and before the afternoon sun softens the piles into slush that refreezes overnight. Property maintenance in this town means more than plowing — it means noticing the mailbox post that's about to get clipped by a windrow, or the walkway that floods where the bench starts to slope. By early afternoon the corners are clear enough to see clean down the block, and the rest of the route follows from there.
