About JC Property Maintenance

JC Property Maintenance covers the ordinary, block-by-block work that keeps a Lehi neighborhood functioning through the winter — driveways plowed, walkways shoveled, front steps kept clear of the ice that forms once the temperature drops after dark. Near downtown, where the old Lehi Roller Mills still stands red and square against the winter sky, the lots are narrow and the driveways short, a different kind of route than the wider new subdivisions farther out. The crew moves house to house with the same steady attention, whether it's a single walkway downtown or a whole cul-de-sac on the edge of town. A storm can catch a street by surprise, and the difference between a passable morning and a stranded one often comes down to how early the plow gets there. There's not much glamour in a cleared driveway, but there's real relief in it for whoever needed to get to work that morning.
