About Beaver LawnScape
Beaver sits in a wide gap between two mountain ranges, the Tushars catching the first snow to the east and the low, dry ridges of the Mineral Mountains holding the western sky, and Beaver LawnScape works the ranch roads and in-town streets in between. Snow out here tends to come in dry and fine, the kind that squeaks underfoot and drifts across open lots rather than piling deep, so a lot of the work is chasing it off driveways before wind pushes it right back. The crew clears the streets around the old courthouse and out along the wider lots where the Beaver River runs low and half-frozen through town. Yards spread out here — this is ranch country, and a driveway can be as long as a city block — so routes get planned early and run straight through before the wind picks up again. On a clear morning, with both ranges lit up and the valley between them dead calm, a finished drive holds its edge the whole day.
