About MD Property Services

Some nights the air slides down American Fork Canyon after dark and works the town over — branches down, bark scattered across the park strip, everything loose relocated to somebody else's lawn. MD Property Services turns up the morning after and makes it right: the yard cleared, the grass cut even, trimming and edging bringing back the lines the wind blurred. Property care here is mostly this — showing up regularly enough that nothing ever gets away from the place. Between the mountain on one side and Utah Lake on the other, the weather has opinions, and a maintained lawn shrugs most of them off. Regular mowing, trimming, edging and cleanup across American Fork and the towns along the bench.
