About Summers Property Services LLC

East of town, Lavon Lake lies flat and bright against the morning, and the wind that comes off the East Fork carries all the way into the yards on that side of Wylie. Summers Property Services LLC works those lawns: mowing, edging, string trimming along fence lines and flower beds, and hauling off the clippings when the job is finished. There is a plain satisfaction in a lawn cut on the diagonal, the lines lying down in the light like water. A North Texas summer is long and asks a great deal of a yard, so the work stays steady — keep it even, keep it breathing, keep the edges honest. By evening the truck is gone and only the shape of the cut is left, which is exactly the point.
