About Mean Green's Lawn Service's

A Hill County thunderstorm can drop two inches in an hour and be gone by suppertime, and for the ten days that follow the grass around Whitney will not quit. Mean Green's Lawn Service's shows up for exactly that — the heavy cut after rain, the trimming that reclaims fence lines and tree rings, the edging that gives a lawn its border back after it has grown over the walk. Clippings come off the pavement so the next storm doesn't carry them into the ditch. Through the dry weeks the schedule loosens and the blade goes up, letting roots hold whatever moisture is left. Either way, wet year or dry, the yard gets handled.
