Mowing

About Mowing

The name says it, and so does the work. Late February in Whitesboro is a gamble — a blue norther can drop the temperature thirty degrees between breakfast and lunch — but the bermuda underneath is already thinking about waking up, and the first cut of the year sets the tone for every one that follows. Mowing runs the season out from there: even passes across the turf, trimming wherever the deck can't square a corner, edges opened along the concrete, walks and drives blown clean. No fuss and nothing extra, just a yard that gets cut when it needs cutting. By high summer the schedule is steady and the lines are straight.
