About Yio Grass LLC

Grass is the entire subject. In Whitehouse that means bermuda running flat and hungry across a sunny front yard, St. Augustine sprawling in the shade behind the house, a square of zoysia somebody put in beside the garage — each one wanting a different height and a different week. Yio Grass LLC cuts to what the turf actually is rather than to one setting: mowing at the height that fits, edging the walks and the drive, trimming what the mower cannot reach, clearing everything off at the end. Early enough that the dew is still sitting on the blades, a fresh-cut lawn smells like the whole summer at once. Whitehouse and the neighborhoods stretching toward Flint, Noonday and Tyler are the working area.
