Alexi’s Landscaping Service

About Alexi’s Landscaping Service

By three in the afternoon a thunderhead stacks white over Caney Creek, the air goes still, and there is a race hidden in it: finish before the sky opens. Alexi's Landscaping Service works to that Wharton clock — mow, edge, trim, clear the drive, tarp the trailer, and beat the first fat drops by ten minutes. Grass that grows this fast in air this warm and wet asks to be kept, not conquered. When the storm slides east the yards steam and shine, and the fresh cut lines show up better wet than they ever did dry. Around Wharton and the towns beside it, that is the week: work with the weather instead of against it.
